Strategy-led video and photography
Video and photography for organisations that need their message to land.
Melbourne based, filming Australia-wide. We work out what your content is for, who it's for, and what it should make them do. Then we make it.
The approach
The message is what matters.
Plenty of organisations have video. Fewer have video that works. The recruitment ad draws the wrong applicants, the donor report reads like a spreadsheet, and nothing changes. That's rarely a camera problem. It starts before anyone switches one on.
So we start earlier. Before a camera comes out, we run a workshop: what does this video need to do, who's it for, and where will they see it? That brief governs every decision after it, including who we hire to shoot it. The shoot confirms a decision you've already made, it isn't where you work it out.
Underneath the process sits one belief. People connect when they feel seen, heard and respected, and the strategy work is how we make sure your audience does.
"I don't care about the cameras. I don't care about the editing. I don't care about all the fancy transitions. For me it's the message that matters."
Arek Rainczuk, founder
What we make
Three things, done properly.
Video production
Brand stories, testimonials, recruitment and training films, event coverage. From a single conversation filmed in Melbourne to a production run across several states in one week, each one built to earn trust, recruit the right people or win the client.
About video productionPhotography
Corporate and commercial photography shot to the same brief as the video: headshots, team portraits, sites and events. Ready for your website, reports and social, on its own or on the same shoot day.

Media strategy
Not ready to film? Start here. A focused session that maps your audience, message and channels, written up as a plan you can act on, whoever produces it. From $5,000 ex GST, and it folds straight into production if you go ahead.
About media strategyWho we work with
Organisations that need video to do a real job.
We work with the marketing managers who have to defend the spend internally, and the founders and MDs who sign it off. What they share is simple: the content has a job. Building trust, recruiting the right people, reporting impact to donors, winning clients, holding a culture together across sites.
Safety, capability and culture on screen, for the people who buy and the people you want to hire.
Impact stories for donors, and member films that give people a reason to join and renew.
Brand and belonging films that shape who enrols, and who comes back.
Prospects meet the people and the judgement before the engagement letter.
Trust built with care, for patients, referrers and the clinicians you want to attract.
Complex, high-stakes work made clear for stakeholders and the community.
Advisers introduced before the first appointment, because advice runs on trust.
The work shown where it happens, so the standard speaks for itself.
How a project runs
Strategy first. Production second. Then delivery.
Strategy
Every project opens with a workshop, not a quote. We settle the audience, the one thing the video must land, and where it'll live. That brief governs everything that follows.
Production
Arek directs every project but doesn't operate the camera. He picks the right crew for each brief from a trusted network across Australia, and coordinates multi-state shoots when a job needs them. No juniors learning on your budget.
Direction and delivery
The person who sat in your workshop makes the calls in the edit, so nothing gets lost between the brief and the final cut. Everything arrives ready for the channels it will live on, captions and thumbnails included.
The person who understood your goals on day one is the same person making decisions at the end.

The founder
A scientist's mind and a photographer's eye.
Arek Rainczuk studied molecular biology and genetics before he ever worked in video, then spent years as a portrait photographer. Research taught him to test ideas rather than admire them. Photography taught him to read light and put people at ease. Both turn up on every shoot, and he's an Accredited Video Strategist because of it.

A free 30-minute strategy call costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We'll talk through what you're trying to achieve, what hasn't worked before, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll point you to someone who is.
