We're based in Belgrave, in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne. There's one studio, and it's here. Everything else about how we cover Australia is built to make that a strength rather than a limit.
Most agencies that say "national" mean a head office and a thin list of subcontractors they've never briefed properly. We run it differently, and it's worth being plain about how. Arek Rainczuk runs the strategy on every project and directs the shoot, wherever it happens. In each capital we work with camera operators we've vetted and worked with before, so the person holding the camera in Perth knows their patch and the person shaping the film knows your brief. The edit comes back to Melbourne, where the same people who sat in your workshop cut the final piece.
That structure does one useful thing above all. It keeps the thinking in one head and one place while the filming happens wherever your people are. A membership body with offices in three states gets the same film in each, cut to feel like one story rather than three that were stitched together. When a job needs crews in two or three cities in a single week, we coordinate it centrally instead of hoping three suppliers stay on the same page.
