Video production

Video that earns its place.

Every video starts with one question: what do you need it to do? The answer shapes everything after it, from the first conversation to the final file.

We're a production company. Production just isn't what we lead with. Most briefs arrive one of two ways: "We need a two-minute brand video," or "We're not sure what we need, but we should tell our story better." Both are fine places to start. What matters is what comes next.

Before a camera is switched on, we run something closer to a workshop than a standard brief. What does the video need to achieve, who's it for, and what should it make them do? That work shapes the format, the tone, the structure, the crew, the locations and the edit. We handle all of it, from pre-production to the final file, working closely with the marketing managers, founders and owners whose vision has to come across. What you get isn't just a video. It's a piece of communication that fits your business.

What we produce

The formats we make most.

Most of the people we film aren't actors, and they don't need to be. We sit them down comfortably, make sure they look right on camera, and have a real person run the interview: eye contact, open questions, a genuine conversation. In the edit, we shape the strongest moments into something watchable and true. It's how we make most of our brand stories, testimonials and case-study films.

Your people, filmed as a real conversation, then cut into a story that sounds like your business rather than a script.

Clients on camera explaining what changed, edited so the proof lands without sounding rehearsed.

A guided tour with a presenter moving through the space, so viewers feel like they've already been there.

The message a policy document can't carry, made watchable so it actually gets remembered on site.

Step-by-step content built as a set, consistent enough to onboard people without you in the room.

Films that show what it's really like to work with you, so the right people apply and the wrong ones opt out.

A cut that makes the people who weren't there wish they had been, ready fast while it still matters.

One clear film that explains who you are and what you do, for the top of the site and the start of a pitch.

Messages from leadership that feel human, so change lands with the team instead of sitting in an inbox.

Complex offers made simple, shown rather than told, so prospects understand before they call.

One shoot repurposed into the formats each channel wants, so a single shoot day feeds a month of content.

How a project runs

From first conversation to delivery.

Workshop and strategy

We agree the purpose, format, key messages and production plan. Nothing is assumed. This brief governs every decision that follows.

Pre-production

Shot lists, talking points, locations and crew briefing, where the project needs them. Most of the creative work happens here.

Filming

The right crew for the brief, directed with care. Interviews run as conversations, not scripted reads. Most shoots take a half or full day.

Editing and review

Colour, sound, licensed music and subtitles. You get a first cut, then up to three revision rounds on your feedback.

Delivery and implementation

Final files cut for every channel, with thumbnails, captions and a written guide so your team knows exactly how to deploy it.

Timelines vary with scale and your availability. We'll confirm a realistic schedule during the brief.

Nationwide production

One strategy, multiple locations, cohesive content.

If your organisation operates across states and cities, you don't need a different production company in every market. We coordinate production across Australia, often filming in more than one place at once, and bring it together through centralised editing under Arek's direction.

Because the strategy, crew briefing and editorial decisions all run through one person, the content feels consistent wherever it was shot. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth or a regional site: different crews, same standard, same message. It suits organisations with multiple offices, franchise networks, or national events that need coverage in more than one city.

What a video costs

Single videos run from $2,000 to $20,000 ex GST, scoped to the goal. What moves the number: how many locations, the crew the brief needs, the edit complexity, and how many deliverables come out of the shoot. You get a detailed quote before any work begins.

Need photography alongside your video?

We regularly capture professional photography on the same shoot day: headshots, team portraits, environmental shots and event coverage, all bundled into one session. Same location, same crew, lower combined cost.

Common questions

A few things people often ask.

How much does a corporate video cost?

Single videos run from $2,000 to $20,000 ex GST, scoped to the goal. The number moves with locations, the crew the brief needs, edit complexity and how many deliverables come out of the shoot. You get a detailed quote before any work begins.

How long does a video project take?

Most run four to eight weeks from brief to final files, depending on scale and your availability. A single talking-head edit is faster; a multi-state shoot takes longer. We confirm a realistic schedule during the brief.

Do you film outside Melbourne?

Yes. We're Melbourne based and film across Australia, coordinating crews in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and regional sites under one direction, so multi-location content stays consistent.

What's included in a video production?

A strategy workshop, pre-production, filming, editing with colour, sound, licensed music and subtitles, up to three revision rounds, and final files cut for every channel with thumbnails and captions.

Do we need a script?

Usually not. Most of the people we film aren't actors. We run interviews as real conversations and shape the strongest moments in the edit, which reads as far more genuine than a scripted read.
