Arek can sit across a table from you for the strategy workshop, drive to the shoot himself, and be in the room when the choices that matter get made. The crew network we draw on for the rest of the country was built here first, so a Melbourne shoot has the deepest bench to pick from, whether the brief wants a single operator and a lapel mic or a full multi-camera setup for a stage event.
Being local also means the small things go faster. A reshoot, a pickup interview, a second location added late because the CEO's diary opened up: all of that is a short drive rather than a flight and a hotel.
