Can I just get one video?
Yes, all the time. We still start with a short brief so the result serves your goals. If an ongoing plan would suit you better we'll say so, but you won't be pushed into a package you don't need.
Do you offer payment plans?
For projects over $10,000 ex GST we can structure milestone payments: a deposit on confirmation, a payment mid-production, and a final payment on delivery.
What's included in a production day?
A director, a professional videographer, all camera and lighting, pre-production planning, and on-set direction. Your quote spells out exactly what's covered.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Yes. Multi-location production is one of our strengths. Travel is itemised transparently in your quote.
Can you do photography and video in one session?
Yes, and it's often the most efficient approach: one crew, one setup, two full sets of content.
Do I own the final content?
Yes. Full usage rights are included, with no ongoing licensing fees.
